Information we collect

When you register for a free presentation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, number of additional guests (maximum one), and the session you select. We may also collect campaign referral parameters that help us understand how visitors arrive at the registration page.

How we use the information

We use your information to process registrations, communicate your event details, answer questions, manage attendance and follow up about the presentation you requested. We do not ask for sensitive financial account information through this form.

Who handles the information

Star Ridge Ventures and L72 Group jointly coordinate the presentation. Their authorized representatives may receive registration details to manage appointments. Forms are processed through Netlify, and confirmation emails may be delivered through a separate email service provider.

Data retention and your choices

Contact the organizers to request correction or deletion of registration data, subject to applicable obligations. Registrations should be periodically reviewed and removed when no longer needed. Registration itself does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing messages.

Third-party services

The site may embed Google Maps to display directions. Those map requests may be subject to Google's own privacy practices. The site does not include an advertising tracking pixel by default.
